The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to inform you that your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the legal framework for the Protection of Personal Data.

Purposes of processing of personal data by PLASTIC PARTS AND ACCESSORIES S.A.S. NIT. 800.027.765-5 (hereinafter PCP) (i) carry out qualitative and quantitative assessments of the levels of goods/services received through employment and service provision contracts; (ii) select potential suppliers to acquire goods/services; (iii) exercise control and accounting records of the obligations contracted by PCP; (iv) comply with fiscal and legal aspects with government and regulatory entities; (v) control and pay for the goods/services received; (vi) communicate PCP's policies and procedures; (vii) consult, audit and review aspects derived from the legal relationship that exists between the owner of the information and PCP, and; viii) Receive contact information from the sales force and/or distribution network, Telemarketing, Market Research for the development of activities related to the corporate purpose of PCP and, in general, any other necessary activity.
